Partners for Change - the partnership
An exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering new partnership
KiP (Telford) is entering an exciting new phase of service delivery following the success of Partners for Change, a major National Lottery funded partnership bringing together The Shrewsbury Ark, Stay and KiP.
For the first time, this partnership will help create a more connected approach to homelessness support across the ceremonial county of Shropshire, linking services, shared learning, and support pathways across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.
As part of this development, KiP is strengthening its structured person-centred approach to helping people out of homelessness, move beyond crisis and towards longer term stability, wellbeing, and independence.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about mental health, understands the complexities of homelessness, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking service focused on meaningful, lasting change.
You will play an important role in supporting individuals to build confidence, improve wellbeing, and take positive steps forward through both one-to-one support and structured group sessions.
